Hatha Yoga has many kinds of body movements or poses or asanas, and every asanas exercise has certain aim. In this Hatha Yoga course, asanas are chosen in accordance with physical conditions and ages of students. For example, chosen poses for children will be different with those for aged person. In general, each student should know and understanding well basic movements and basic pranayama (Level #1).

The next step (Level #2) after mastering the basic poses and basic pranayama is practicing basic poses in a slow motion and in the same time it is combined with breath techniques. These exercises then are repeated several times. The benefit of this exercise will be seen when these asanas and pranayama are practiced regularly.

In the next level (Level #3), the exercises are stressed in the enhancement of ability to make more effective coordination between body movements and management of breathing. The effects of Hatha Yoga on the body and spirit of the students will be seen more clearly.

The ultimate goal (Level #4) of Yoga practicing is that for mediation. In this level, student are taught to concentrate in such a way so that the can explore their inner power.
