HATHA YOGA
What is Hatha Yoga? Is it important?
Yoga has been well known from the ancient time as a tool to achieve and to maintain the mind and body to keep in fresh state and in balance, to cure illness or diseases, to meditate, etc. Yoga, in general sense, is daily-routine movements and the Creator blesses people by equipping him naturally. But then we easily forget it due to our busy-crowded life and we become not familiar to Yoga.
In general, Hatha Yoga is mainly comprised of body movements (asanas) basically for stretching, from basic to complicated ones, and management of breathing (pranayama). Hatha Yoga that exercised regularly will give freshness and health in the body and spirit, and ability to explore and to utilize the inner power for more success in life. Everybody can learn Hatha Yoga from many sources of books
that have already been available. However, generally students need a Yoga
instructor to whom they can ask and consult about everything in relation
with Hatha Yoga. This is the safest way to master Yoga. So, students who
want to study this Yoga should be directed by competence teacher or guru. |
